At the Arkansas Children's Hospital Southwest Little Rock, bilingual staff will care for the thousands of children expected to attend the clinic for everything from well-child visits to treatment for acute illnesses.

We are a seven physician pediatric practice committed to the medical, emotional, and even spiritual well being of our young patients and their families. Our name symbolizes the practice philosophy of our clinic and our commitment to the children and young adults who make up our practice.

Dr. Chenia Y. Eubanks is a pediatrician at Arkansas Children's Hospital employed by UAMS Health.

Dr. Corey Montgomery is an assistant professor of orthopaedic surgery and an associate scientist at the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. Dr. Montgomery completed five years of orthopaedic surgical training at the University Arkansas Medical Sciences. He then completed an one-year fellowship at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital in orthopaedic oncology. He specializes in the care of cancer involving the bone and soft-tissues in both adults and children. Dr. Montgomery is one of only two orthopaedic oncologist in the state of Arkansas.

Dr. Henry C. Farrar is a pediatric emergency medicine physician at Arkansas Children's Hospital employed by UAMS Health.

Dr. James S. Magee is a pediatrician at Arkansas Children's Hospital employed by UAMS Health.

Jessica Blair Beavers, M.D., is currently an associate professor in Department of Pediatrics. She attended the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where she received her medical doctorate in 2010. Dr. Beavers undertook her internship and residency at Arkansas Children's Hospital. She is a Board Certified Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and joined the section of Neonatology in 2013. Dr. Beavers is currently a member of the American Board of Pediatrics, Academic Pediatric Association, and the Arkansas Medical Society. She is originally from Helena and currently lives in Bryant, Ark., with her husband Jared (also a pediatrician), and daughters Emerson and Bennett.

Dr. Farst is board certified in general pediatrics and child abuse pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Dr. Michael H. Stroud is a pediatric critical care medicine physician at Arkansas Children's Hospital employed by UAMS Health.

Omar Salem, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics in the Division of Emergency Medicine. He received his medical degree from UAMS and completed his pediatric residency at UAMS and Arkansas Children's Hospital.

Robbie Pesek, MD, is an Associate Professor of Allergy and Immunology and Pediatrics for the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and Arkansas Children's Hospital. He is also the medical director for the Allergy, Severe Asthma, and Eosinophilic Gastrointestinal Disorders Clinics at ACH. Dr. Pesek received his bachelor of science from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and completed his medical degree at UAMS. He completed his Pediatric residency at ACH and training in Allergy/Immunology at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. He joined the faculty at ACH in 2011. Sarah R. Sobik, M.D., M.P.H., is an assistant professor in the Department of Pediatrics in the Division of General Pediatrics. Dr. Sobik received her medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She completed her residency at UAMS/Arkansas Children's Hospital. During her residency, Dr. Sobik received the Outstanding Intern Award, which is selected by co-residents in the program.

Gwen Weatherspoon White, M.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Pediatrics in the Division of Neonatology. Dr. White received her medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine, Birmingham. She completed her residency at UAMS/Arkansas Children's Hospital. Dr. White is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP).

Dr. Jennifer Andrews is a pediatrician who works in the UAMS and ACH Nurseries. She does not see patients outside of the nursery.

In 2002, Jill Fussell, M.D., accepted an appointment in the UAMS College of Medicine as a clinical instructor of pediatrics in the Section of Developmental Pediatrics and Habilitative Medicine. She was promoted to assistant professor in 2003, to associate professor with tenure in 2008 and promoted to professor in 2017. She served as associate program director of the UAMS Pediatrics Residency from 2004 to 2008. She assumed the role of director of the Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics Fellowship in 2007, and continues in this role currently. Megan Baber, D.O., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics, in the Division of Neonatology. Dr. Baber received her medical degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine at Virginia Tech. She completed her pediatric residency at UAMS/Arkansas Children's Hospital. Prior to her career in medicine, Dr. Baber studied biochemistry and molecular biology at Harding, where she received an undergraduate research grant from NASA. She worked in a medical clinic and as a teacher before completing a global health internship in Jinja, Uganda.

Dr. Randa N. Othman is a pediatrician at Arkansas Children's Hospital employed by UAMS Health.

Dr. Steinbach is the single researcher in the world whose expertise in pediatric invasive fungal infections covers the spectrum from novel molecular pathogenesis contributions to FDA approval of pediatric diagnostic biomarkers, to redefining epidemiology for the field, to leading the international consortium performing clinical trials to develop new evidence-based treatment guidelines. Every national or international guideline or textbook related to pediatric invasive fungal infection diagnosis or management in the last decade has been lead or co-developed by him. His clinical expertise is in infections in immunocompromised children, specifically those with cancer or following transplantation.

We offer walk-in care for urgent medical needs, such as allergies, cold/flu symptoms, infections, minor burns, and poison ivy. We care for adults and children, including wellness checks and preventive medicine. We help manage chronic conditions, such as diabetes. We help you coordinate care between specialists.
