Stephens Community Business Center / Capacity Building & Technical Assistance

Emmanuel is a church of imperfect believers in Christ. It's as simple fact, but it's a fact that reminds us who we are and why we serve. We are a church - not a gathering of lone individuals. And we are a church of faith - not one based on social status, economics, race, gender, or age. We come together because of our common grace-centered lives, hope of salvation, and followers of Jesus Christ. Located in Central Little Rock, in a historic building, Emmanuel Baptist Church has served as a beacon of hope in this community since 1947. The building in which we continue to worship was purchased in 1976. We are a church that embraces its heritage, but is also looking ahead to the things God has in store in the future.
