Dr. Mikhail Ivanovsky completed his residency in Anesthesiology with additional training in Pain Management at The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2001. Prior to achieving Board Certification in Anesthesiology from American Board of Anesthesiology, he completed his training in Anesthesia and Pain management in The Moscow Academy of Postgraduate Education. Dr. Ivanovsky has been in private practice in Little Rock since 2001. During his time in Arkansas he founded Metropolitan Anesthesia P.A. and served as a Chief of Surgical and Anesthesia services in North Metro Medical Center. Dr.

Dr. Julio Olaya specializes in pain management and has established Pain Medicine Specialists of Arkansas in Little Rock with the goal of improving his patients’ overall quality of life. He graduated from La Salle University in 1986 and completed his fellowship at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 1990. Dr. Olaya is board certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine.
