Dr. Ernesto Ruiz-Rodriguez, MD, FACC is a highly qualified Cardiologist specializing in Internal Medicine - Interventional Cardiology. With an impressive educational background and extensive training, Dr. Ruiz-Rodriguez is fluent in Spanish and has a passion for complex percutaneous coronary interventions, peripheral endovascular interventions, and advanced transcatheter valve therapies. He is a member of professional societies such as the Society for Cardiac Angiography and Interventions, American College of Cardiology, and the American Medical Association.

What attracted me to the field of cardiology is the combination of caring for acutely ill patients and then managing their chronic health issues. After receiving an undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin, Dr. Orsini earned his M.D. in 1995 from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He went on to complete an internal medicine residency, chief medical residency and his fellowship in Cardiology at the University of Michigan Medical School. Dr. Orsini has several areas of expertise ranging from cardiac catheterization to nuclear cardiology. In addition, he is a Level 3 Echocardiographer.

Doing research, teaching at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, and then seeing it all come together in the practice of cardiology has been very rewarding. It is always fulfilling when one helps patients improve their quality of life. Dr. Singh did his medical training at the Dr. S. N. Medical College in Jodhpur, India. After receiving his M.D., he completed a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in cardiology at the University of Cincinnati. He also did residencies and fellowships at St. Johns Episcopal Hospital in New York, at the University of Cincinnati Hospital, and the National Heart and Lung Institute in London, England.

"When a patient chooses to form a partnership with me, it is my intent to help guide them toward a better quality life with reduced burden of cardiovascular disease. My ideal path for treatment would be to optimize primary preventive measures and to achieve a complete heart healthy lifestyle for my patients; however, as disease develops and clinical events occur, I want my patients to know I will be there with them and will do everything I can to work with them to prevent future cardiovascular illness." Dr. Ramey Marshell is married with two children. Outside of medicine, he enjoys exercising of various types including spin, rowing, weight lifting, tennis, and golf.

A native of Little Rock, Dr. Davis earned his MD from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences after completing work on his bachelors degree in biology at Baylor University. His postgraduate work included a residency at UAMS and a fellowship in cardiology at the Texas Heart Institute/St. Lukes Episcopal Hospital, where he was chief cardiology fellow. Dr. Davis special areas of interest are coronary and peripheral vascular diagnostics and interventions and nuclear cardiology.
