Tacos Godoy, it's the first 100 %. Authentic Mexican Food Truck in town. To server Tacos De Guisados. BACK TO THE FUNDAMENTALS OF MEXICAN CUISINE — Established in 2019, Tacos Godoy is a family-owned food truck that specializes in traditional Mexican guisados, which are stewed or braised dishes made from fresh ingredients, and served on a fresh corn tortilla. Based in the Little Rock area, owner Alejandro Gutierrez brings tacos and recipes that he and his family have enjoyed and perfected over the years, just like our mother Sabina. We make each corn tortilla by hand using freshly ground nixtamalized corn and prepare each dish from scratch. We look forward to sharing our love, passion and comida casera with you. ¡Buen Provecho!
